International BIM Project Manager

What does the role involve?
As International BIM Project Manager you connect with your local BIM project managers located in international markets to steer multidisciplinary project team(s) of Hilti professionals within the entire lifecycle of a BIM project. You ensure a sustainable pipeline of projects, ensure professional scoping and resource forecasting and embed latest developments in our international competence programs.
Together with your BIM Project Managers in the local market organization you deliver our customer centric consultative service to win engaged project partnerships. You will actively manage the project-pipeline and run professionalize resource allocation with our multidisciplinary teams including BIM lead engineers and BIM modelers in the BIM Competence Center.
You ensure with our connected markets that defined processes, contractual documents and standards are consequently executed from joint project kickoff onwards. You support and monitor professional project scoping and planning, agree on deliverables and assign the needed resources. You keep track of the financials on assigned projects and provide regular updates towards the management team.
Teamwork and development
You maintain a strong relationship with your fellow members in the Hilti BIM Competence Center. You support continuous learning with your buddies in the local market organizations and train new BIM Project Managers along our professional competence program.

What you need is:
- A Master-Degree in structural or civil engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience of which at least 2 years in project management.
- Strong understanding of technical- and commercial aspects of value-engineering and construction workflow is highly preferred
- Good understanding of MEP application and/or Fastening application is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Profound German and/or Dutch skills are a plus
